TEAM REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. You must fill in all fields for team and player information during this session to successfully register your team. You will be asked to enter a minimum of 5 players up to a maximum of 15 players.
  2. TEAM REGISTRATION REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING PLAYER INFORMATION:

  3. Your credit card will be charged $25.00 for your 2006/2007 team registration. This registration is non-refundable. Your registration will not be valid until your credit card charge is approved and authorized and you receive a confirming e-mail with your password to view, print and / or edit your 2006/2007 team registration certificate online. Super Stars Basketball will transfer the amount you indicate but will never pass along your full credit card information. Such credit card information is kept strictly confidential, just between you and Super Stars Basketball.
  4. YOU MUST PROVIDE AN EMAIL ADDRESS SO WE CAN FORWARD YOUR TEAM REGISTRATION NUMBER AND YOUR PASSWORD. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE SENT USUALLY WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR TEAM REGISTRATION
  5. If you fail to complete all required information your data will not be saved, you will not be registered and your credit card will not be charged.
